Payment in collection.
I can't pay my prepaid bill and keep getting a message that says, You have order in collection. No payment can be made until it is resolved. I have no option to pay any balance and am unaware of any.

This is a customer populated forum, not AT&T. You have to call.
I have assumed this might mean your number was once postpaid and not paid off. But it might be a system hiccup. No one ever comes back to say how it was resolved
