Payment denied please contact Bank.

I have been trying to set up my auto pay and every card I use gives me the contact bank message. My bank says I have no issue on my end.

We are sorry about your experience and would love to look closer into your difficulty in setting up your autopay.


We are curious to know if you have had autopay set up in the past or this is your first time. The following factors may be responsible:


* if you have reversed a payment on any of the cards in the past.

* filling in the appropriate codes and numbers in the set-up column.

* having sufficient balance on them at the time of your attempt.


Also, try using a computer to set up your autopay if you have been attempting on the smartphone.
