Payment Arrangements
Can you have more than one payment arrangement? I have one payment arrangement set up, due in two weeks and have paid $150 on it early. I thought my new bill due today was due this Friday on the 5th like last months bill. I had planned to pay off my arrangement on Friday and get a new one on my bill due today. What can I do to avoid service suspension without a payment today? I have never had my service disconnected so this is a first for me and I am terrified. TIA

I was able to edit my current arrangement. I just changed the amount to my total balance.

@redbluesocketc Just keep in mind, once you are late, you can't make arrangements.
(I was a little confused by what you were saying, but wanted to offer this tidbit!)

Thank you for your reply! Editing my payment arrangement amount was the only solution I could come up with. Of course now I have to pay my entire bill by the arrangement date to avoid service interruption.
I saw in an older post someone mentioned having 2 payment arrangements at one time. Do they still offer that?
