Payment arrangement

If I already set a payment arrangement on late payment for 8/3 and then went in today and edited that date to 8/7 will they honor the change.  I received an email tonight that they wont suspend because of my original payment extension date. Now I'm worried

Please know that the account must be eligible to further reschedule/extend the previous payment arrangement date, and can only be changed or cancelled 1 day before the billing is due. If you are past the due date, the option will be unavailable.
