i was promised a modification on a payment arrangements now they are saying they cant do it

All modifications or deletions to a scheduled payment must be done by midnight Central Time the day before the scheduled payment is set to process. If that has already passed, we are unable to modify the arrangement. If you are still within that time frame, we will be able to proceed.

I made a payment arrangement for the 1st to be taken out today..How do I change the 2nd billing date..I already hit submit
Is there a way to edit or delete the payment using the online format? must I call in and do it over the phone? if so how can that be accomplished on weekends when the office is reportedly closed? I just want to change the date that the payment is made. Thank you in advance for giving me some useful info. You do not say HOW to change the billing date in your message response above..
