Payment Arrangement Extension
I guess at some point I missed a scheduled payment arrangement and now I can't schedule my payments for future dates. I don't remember missing a payment and the customer service rep I spoke to this morning said he didn't see it. But when I try to schedule a payment it tells me this account is not eligible for it. Is there any way around this to give me some more time to pay?

no sorry the only way is by logging into your account, if it wont let you then you cant, phone reps have no way to over ride the system
