Can you use a prepaid rebate Visa card to make a payment towards your wireless bill?

if you can use your credit or debit card then you  should be able to ,it works like any other credit or debit card.. I dont have prepaid but ive used rewards cards often.

Thanks and I was able to use 2 different ones on the bill. So if it is a Visa rebate, it has the cvc 3 digit code on back and both cards went through. Never thought to use them this way before but nice that they work.
