Pay As You Go Billing Responsibility Transfer
I am trying to transfer billing responsibility for my pay as you go phone. I'm going from a PAYG to a family shared plan. Each time I follow the TOBr link (https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/tobr/)it takes me to a different login than mine and I can't see any links within the AT&T Prepaid website.
Any suggestions?

Transfer of Billing Responsibilty is for post-paid only. There's no prepaid "bill" to be "responsible" for.

If you want to move your prepaid number to a postpaid family plan, you must do that at an ATT corporate store. Moving a line from prepaid to postpaid or vice versa can only be done in store. If you are wanting to join a prepaid family plan, the prepaid family plan account owner needs to invite your line. See the article posted above for instructions.
