past due bill

I have been trying for three days to get help in making arrangements to pay this bill and I am getting no help except passed off from one dept to another. They all tell me I can go online or use my mobile app to make an arrangement. I cannot do that online or through my mobile app as that option has been shaded out with a "?" and it states that there is no option for payment arrangements for this bill. I intend to pay but cannot do it today but on my next payday in a week, Jan 6, 2023, to be exact.

Once your account is passed due you cannot make arrangements you just have to make a payment. The online bill pay section in your Myatt account allows you to make arrangements before you are late.
