Paperless Billing

I've been enrolled in paperless billing for years now. But I recently moved and started receiving paper bills in the mail every month. My account says that I'm still enrolled in paperless. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I fix it?

Make sure that you update billing email address if you haven't done so. Please confirm if this has been done so, that we may further assist you.
