Paper bill
Hi, I need official documents to prove my residency and requested to stop paperless billing, but when will the next paper bill be sent?
I need it in hurry.

When you opt out of paperless billing you aren't sent a new bill immediately. It starts with the next bill produced. So it may take a bill cycle.

Just so you know, you could have printed your paper bill from the online PDF. It looks exactly like the one that comes in the mail.
