Pandemic Woes

I know AT&T gave 60 days to pay. How long after that will we have to pay? I'm STILL waiting on unemployment and this is my only way to contact them

No one yet knows what will happen after the pledge to not disconnect ends. You should assume normal rules will apply until otherwise advised. I would expect ATT to offer payment plans but that is just a guess.

Updated information:

We’re also waiving late payment fees and overage charges for customers who notify us that they are impacted by COVID-19. We have extended this offer from the original end date of May 13 through June 30.

It's weird being the same age as old people.  😊
