Paid bill and your organization stating not received

I paid my bill and have the receipt from my card showing paid. Your representatives, keep stating “We find no payment and we can’t help you.” This is day three and I have went in person, chat and telephone. If no resolve, my only alternative is to launch an investigation with my bank. Are you able to help or not?!?
