Overseas Deployment Suspension
My wireless phone line was suspended in August due to being forward deployed for two years to Japan. While my account is suspended, I have received a new bill every month. Every month I call in and am told that this issue is resolved. Yet every month, I receive a new invoice. I am owed at least a 1-month refund b/c I didn't feel like calling in October. I am tired of wasting my time with false assurances that this issue has been resolved. I have filed an FCC complaint (5188239). Who can fix this issue once and for all??

Suspending your line doesn’t stop billing it reduces it minimally. Military deployment you must cancel the service and they will hold your number until you return then you can restart service with your same number.

That is not what I have been told. Furthermore, I am still invoiced at the full rate.
I have not received a consistent answer. Can you provide a link to any documentation or to someone that can help?
