Overcharged and bad service providers RUN!!

I have been extremely over charged and none of the reps have answeres as to why my bill is $699 for only two lines. I was given reference numbers that don’t mean anything

Well you could hit the + sign and find out why your bill is so high.... 🤔

 Or where it says view paper bill, which is also detailed.   

Something tells me it might explain a lot.
