Outside Sales Rep Ripped Me off in multiple ways

In October of 2018, a Jason Ratzlaff - from the LA area came to my house as a referral.  He told me if I switched my line and my son's line from T-Mobile to AT&T it would cost $125/mo. for the Ultimate and More package.  The first month was an adjustment switching over, but the following 3 months I was  overcharged - several times at $160/mo. I had to call numerous times (at least 4) from December - February and waste HOURS of my time repeating the same story to different agents (I have all of the times, dates and names written down if you want them).  They credited my account $25 several times and it seemed to be ironed out.

 

HOWEVER, the worst part was that this agent showed me an ad which reads "EVEN MORE REASONS TO LOVE iPHONE 8. Switch to AT&T and get an iPhone 8 64GB for $0".  I have all of this on a text.

 

Well, AT&T has been charging me $25/mo.  So far I've payed $100.  This is an outrage!!  I do not have time to waste another hour+ to get this fixed.  I have also reached out to this fraudulent sales rep on at least 3 occasions.  He didn't even have the courtesy to respond - at all.  I want to file a complaint with AT&T and his direct manager.

@ccarrillo23, I assume you mean the Unlimited and more package. $125 a month for 2 lines (before taxes and fees) is correct. What was on your bill for $160?

 

There is always “fine print” on the free phone promotions. Since you have a copy, can you upload the image? We can take a look and see if there is something missing or if it is a screw up?
