This keep happening to me.  I confirmed.  ATT still holding $180 wanting to charge $150 on top of that stating it'll come back... How can u say that hen youve done this 4 times?  Then tried adding deposits to phones that I have sifned contracts for already.  My credit has been impacted significantly, I just want to get my order its Iphone 12 pro 256 g and Samsung Galaxy CEO 5g 128 g.  Finally get to knock off deposit after being told I can port my numbers so we do that and then the guy is transferring me to supervisor and twice im on hold hour and half just to get hung up on.  Wow.... ATT, is this the level of service I should expect as a customer?

You will need to call AT&T to discuss the order. Hopefully you were dealing with them directly and not a 3rd party (or worse someone pretending to be selling AT&T). This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot see the order.
