Not getting my trade in credit...HELP!
I got my daughter a new phone and it was a trade in. It was suppose to be $11.00 per month. We are on the 8th month and still no credit. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time (10+ hours) trying to get this fixed with no luck. What do I need to do to get this resolved?

File an FCC or BBB complaint to escalate to corporate.

We want to turn this around for you, tmcelroy. Let's meet in a Direct Message (DM) to discuss those trade-in credits.
Please check your Direct Message Inbox for a message being sent to you. Look for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums page.
In case you want to know more about our trade-in program check out Important FAQs when you visit How to return your trade-in to AT&T - Information and Help from the AT&T Community. It contains some important details about what to expect when trading in a device.
Be on the lookout for a message in your DM. We want to look into this for you in order to get you a definite resolution.

The only way I got resolution for a similar experience was to file an online complaint at the FCC website. After I did that I got a response from ATT within 48 Hrs. That fixed my issue.

It really (Edited per community guidelines)! I'm sorry to hear. They finally did something for one of my phones, I waiting the 1-2 billing cycles for the 2nd phone so we will have to wait and see if they follow thru! The last phone, mine, apparently I am just out of luck. But I am going to try one more time and then file a complaint. This is RIDICULOUS! I have lost at least 50 hours of work to deal with this (Edited per community guidelines)!
