No service, need refund
I have an old phone. My last refund was in mid-October 2014 and the minutes are valid.
I spent 2 hours with support and spoke with 5 people including 2 payment supervisors. While all else is working properly, I have 'Limited Service' and "emergency calls only" displayed. I cannot call 611.
AT&T is charging me for a service they cannot provide - perhaps the phone is 3G or 2G but that should not matter. I had service until apporx October 31. One supervisor said he could refund my last payment. The last one said he could not.
Minutes are being charged to my account but I am unable to make calls. I cannot text. There is a problem support cannot resolve. I feel like AT&T is stealing from me.
How can I get the refund of my last payment?
