No Response from AT&T
I message ATT asking them for their email so I can send them an invoice concern which I outlined in a email along with some detail that was hard to really talk about over the phone. The person on their chat gave me email@example.com and I populate the "To" with this by copy/paste to ensure no incorrect add. I have yet to receive a response from AT&T and its been six (6) days.
AT&T will you respond to my email? At least that you are giving my invoice concerns some thought and you'll get back to me? My Account Number is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
