NO ONE in RETENTION CARES!
I've been an ATT wireless customer since 2010, with more than one line and extras. I've never been late, I've even paid early and never complained. That is until an ATT representative's choice to take it upon themselves to refund over a month's worth of service that caused a down spiral as well as a date change that I didn't authorize. I've paid over $1100 in ONE MONTH!! As well as I've had a fluctuating bill since December even with corportate discounts. I am about ready to Take ALL my business elsewhere ! WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY for what your team says, or your managers in the store sign you up for or say? Why is the customer the sole responsible party when the agreement was completely different upon signing up ! For a customer who has been giving to the brand for over 8 years with no issues, and NOW there is an employee caused issue ... If I were the manager I'd try very hard not to lose their business. However, I keep getting the run around.. EVEN when a STORE MANAGER FROM A CORPORATE store became envolved the CRS TEAM gave BULL!
This needs to be fixed !

I don't see how a refund would cause issues for more than the next month when you'd have to pay it back.
There's a lot more going on, and you didn't give any details, so it's hard to say. Things like 'my bill is wrong' aren't going to get you very far, either here or with customer service.

@KaeKirk
File a BBB complaint. Someone from high up in ATT will contact you.

There was a charge that was taken out automatically that had been canceled , because I personally made the payment one week prior . I’d also verbally called into ATT to have it canceled and the rep didn’t . So it same out anyway. This caused a rolling effect with my bank and my account because when I called to get it fixed the rep decided to refund an amount that was paid one month prior making my account in default for that length of time .
It then took theee weeks for someone to fix the issue and pay the charges assessed due to the screw up , but then another rep in the middle of this authorized a payment date change when I didn’t authorize it . There for creating a $1100 deficit To he paid by me because I was charge two months in one month . Along side the screw up before, where the refund didn’t come until 10 days later.

I will because this is ridiculous . I’ve not experienced anything like this , where the company can verify the wrong doing that happened but won’t fix it or offer a monthly fix until it ends .

Wait... you had an automoay scheduled, but then paid manually early? Yeah. I can see how it happened. You’re dealing with computers. They do what they’re programmed to.

Not acceptable when it was called in almost a week before to cancel and then promised it was .

Did the same thing that happened almost a year ago happen again or are you still going on about that same issue?

The issues was never resolved, and there is a residual late fee, because of the change. SO there is still resentment and felt over feelings.
