NO CREDIT FOR TRADE IN, BECAUSE AT&T LOST THE IPHONE

We traded in two iphones at our local AT&T store, we have NOT received trade in credit ($20/month of 30 months) on one of the iphones. We have called AT&T customer service and after many hours of waiting, calling back, waiting on call backs, dropped calls while being transferred and all around (Edited per community guidelines) to only find out that it was AT&T's FAULT that we are not receiving the credit due to the fact that....AT&T sent us the WRONG return label to send back one of the iphones! Let me repeat that: AT&T SEND US THE WRONG RETURN LABEL AND THE IPHONE GOT SENT TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT AND AT&T CANNOT FIND THE IPHONE SO THEREFORE WE DO NOT GET THE CREDIT FOR THAT IPHONE. Can AT&T credit us the $20/month for 30 months??? AT&T's answer is NO! HOW CAN THIS BE AT&T's answer??? AT&T LOST THE IPHONE NOT ME! I want a answer, not let me transfer you to this person or that is not my department or...the most outrageous one... AT&T lost the iphone but that is YOUR fault and not AT&Ts....ANSWERS???

Let me guess you got a new phone and sent the trad in in the new phone box with the included label that states it’s for the return of the new phone if you didn’t want to keep it not for the return of the trade in.

No, we used the label that AT&T provided for the trade in but the label was incorrect. AT&T has admitted that they sent the incorrect label and will not rectify the problem.
