No bill but payment goes thru!!!

Does anyone else experience an automatic deduction/charge for your phone bill and a subsequent email as a notice that your bill was paid but you never received the bill by email??? 
I have experienced this for over a year if not longer and have complained quite a few times. I am finally disgusted and decided to ask the community!

Anyone?!?!

Bill is not sent by email.  But if you email on the account is correct, you get a notification it's ready. 

Login, check your email notifications.

To help us better understand, have you enrolled and activated your paperless billing option online or in your My AT&T app? If not, you will want to log in to your account to sign up and update your billing email address.

 

Also please be aware that you may visit your my AT&T app anytime to manage your bills for up to 16 billing periods.
