Next Trade In - Phone Tracking Issues
I upgraded my device from ATT (via Target Mobile) on 11/25 (Sunday). I was given a shipping label to return my old iPhone within 2 weeks. I mailed out the device on 12/3 (Monday) via USPS.
On 12/17, I received a text that my phone has not been received and I will be charged $299 (the remaining amount on the phone).
On 12/17, I contacted customer support (via Chat) to ask about this. They said they needed the tracking number, which of course we didn't keep or take a picture of. They said they would be unable to do anything without the Tracking number. They said that they couldn't get the tracking number for me, because it was done via Target Mobile. They said to go to Target Mobile and they would be able to re-print the shipping label and/or get me the Tracking information.
On 12/18, my wife went to the Target Mobile location. Long story short, every time they tried to bring up the information they got an error. The error stated "Shipping Label Error: There was an issue generating the shipping label...Have the guest call ATT Support..."
On 12/18, I contacted ATT Support again. Once again, they told me they couldn't get this information and I should go BACK to Target. They told me I could reach out to the Trade-In Support Team, and provided me with a link to send a message and a phone number. I sent them a message via the Contact page provided.
On 12/21, I received a message saying that "We don't have access to their system so we are unable to get our tracking number...Please call [ATT] customer care..."
So, to recap. Called ATT -> Go to Target -> Go Back to ATT -> Go Back to Target -> Go Back to ATT -> Repeat.
Could someone please help me out here?
