How do I see my up coming bills and changes I've made to my plan?

You don't see your new bill until published on your online account which is about 4 days into the bill cycle. You should have received an email about changes to your plan, not that they would be correct because the customer service summary does not include any of the discounts that are built into any of the plans, so it's colorful garbage.
The customer service summary is also within your online account. But again it's wrong so there's not much Point looking it up.
How can we improve?
