New Customer Bill Credits Fake ?
We ported over 5 lines. The Salesman offered $150 in credits for the activation fees and another $100 for us to go ahead and get some similar phones to what we wanted. Everything went smooth until the first bill. The $250 in credits wasn't there. We went to the store and asked about it and asked for a printout but the employee said they can't give one but the credits should post the next day. It hasn't happened. Based on this forum, I think we were mislead and the credits were not ever going to happen. What is the next step? We're still withing the 14 day return period but would hate to go that route. Would speaking with the manager do any good or are we toast ?
