Need to obtain old phone records
I have been trying to obtain text and call log from past that are no longer available online. I cannot seem to find out how to request this. I understand I will need to pay but no one can seem to help me.

For anything older than what is online, you must call and request bill reprints. Make sure you specifically request the detailed bill that includes call and text logs. Don’t be surprised if you get a rep that either does not know how to do bill reprints or says it’s not possible. If you get such a rep, just keep trying until you get a rep that knows how to request bill reprints. There is a $5 charge for each reprint, the first one should be free.
