Need help with my bill and a teacher discount due to COVID-19

They closed my case And told me to pay 231 dollars. If I can’t pay my rent joe in the (Edited per community guidelines) am I going to pay a cellular bill. I HATE THIS COMPANY. Everything they say about helping the community when in need I’d just a front. Even if I could pay the 231 for services will be cut off in two weeks again and I will be going the same thing. I have all these fees and it is totally not cool. AT&T sends me a an email to talk to on a secure line and it was totally (Edited per community guidelines). That was really no help at all. Verizon told me yo leave and come yo them I am seriously thinking about it. Plus they give teacher discounts.

At&t has 25% teacher discount.

And switching to Verizon isn't going to help you very much when you have a first bill that is twice what your normal bill will be. Will you have to buy all new phones? That's an additional expense. I'm sure Verizon will be happy to have you switch over but switching is expensive.

And just like At&t, Verizon no longer has covid extentions.

I understand that, but they also told me they would work with me due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They have a program for people in my situation to say connected especially since I am an epileptic. I am not trying to get out of paying because I am currently working now. I am just saying that because of this pandemic I was not working and still no money has come in. I just wanted an extension to allow me to take care of business so I can become financially stable again.
