Need a paper copy of my bill.

Please give me instructions to print a paper copy of my bill.  When I click on "View Bill", nothing happens.

Hi, @jackmae,

 

We'd love to help with this. To view your bill as it would be printed, sign into your myAT&T account and go to Your bill>View paper bill. This should pull up your bill as a PDF. It should have the option to print the bill if you have a connection to a printer. If the device (computer, laptop, tablet, or phone) can not do pdf files, then it can't show the bill.

@Sbellovin This forum is not customer support and not how to get your bill. No one here has access to your account. If you can’t get it online, you need to call.

If you are a prepaid customer there is no bill and there's also no paperwork and nothing will be mailed to you.
