Need a help in getting credits for 5 phones
I need a HELP.
I am loyal ATT customer with 6 lines for more than 5 years. At the launch of iPhone 7 there was an offer to upgrade phones for free and get credits.
All the phones purchased in time requested by ATT. All unlocked phones are returned in time too. I have all receipts for all of them.
I have been talking to so many people over support chat, ATT store and calls. It been more than 9 months and I have not received any credits. My $3500 (approx) on stack. I will be able to provide all proof if required.
PLEASE HELP.

Note able to upload my PDF scanned documents in the link provided? Do I have to convert all of them to JPG files?

The link I provided is to private message advanced support. To attach photos click on the camera and upload. If the photo is to large, you have to make it smaller to fit. Otherwise ask the person who is helping you for an email address.

If they are multi-page PDFs, then yes.
If 1 page PDFs, then it depends...
