National Retail Mobility Offer discount on new line

I recently created a new line of service on AT&T and because of my employer have access to the National Retail Mobility Offer discount. With this discount activation fees are waived and monthly plan charges are discounted. I started the process to sign up for the IMO offer as soon as I had the account information, which was the same day because it is a new line of service, and it is now verified and shows on my account. How can I receive credit or an adjustment for the activation fees and non-discounted full monthly plan cost that are on my first bill?

Thank you for reaching out. We'd love to take a closer look into this for you.

 

Regarding your IMO offer which is part of our Signature Program, the discounts start showing up between 1-3 billing cycles post enrollment. Consequently, we will only process back credits when we are sure there will be no more missing discounts. 

 

Therefore, we recommend you contact us when the discounts have begun so we can credit you back all the missing discounts at once. If they have started showing up, do not hesitate to reach back.

If eligible, retroactive discount usually take 2 months.  Otherwise, call.
