Mygophone Auto-Pay charged twice

My pre-paid plan was scheduled to post to my account today, via autopay. I just checked my account, and I have the usual charge appearing twice, for reasons I don't understand.

Also, I checked my account this morning, and it said I had a $45.00 balance, which, as I understand it, would mean that I would not need to be charged at all this month.

Help with this issue would be much appreciated; I can't afford this right now.

I am sorry to hear you may have been billed twice when attempting to pay your most recent wireless bill. It would be a pleasure to assist you with getting this all sorted out.


Depending on when the payment was made, we can take a look to see which options which may be available. Are you seeing an extra amount in your account balance when you sign in? If not, it may just be an authorization charge which will drop in a few days. If you do see the extra amount in your account balance, check out our support article About account balance refunds.
