My wireless bill added up $37 per month with no reason, help

                I went to att store, agent told me I can get uber discount offer me $98/month 15GB, 3 phones plan.  Because I had "bill goes up with no reason issue" happened in the past,  this time just for sure I asked him twice will my plan rate will change? bill go up in futrure?, the agent told me that bill rate will not change, i can keep this plan as long as I want, and cancel it any time I want. because of his promise, I purchased this plan, and paied sim card fee, plan, taxes total $206 on that day.

       After four month, my bill goes up to $135 with no reason, no explaination.

      I called at&t customer service two months ago, wait and talk, phone cut off by agent at the middle of conversation,problem no solved. 

      Yesterday, I opened at&t chat online talked to them 1 hour, ask them what is the reason my bill goes up, they give me alot "reason" and said my plan is short term discount plan, which sales agent did not told me, he hidding those information from me , at the end the chat team ask me that: "did our agent told you that your plan is short term?" I said "no, he said this plan and bill will not change as long as I use "..................so chat team told me their "solution".

       

                       Here is the the solution they offer:  Change my current 15GBplan to  6GB or 3GB share advantege data plan to lower my bill, and give me back only $40 dollar credit.

            I did not complain my plan and bill rate is expensive, I talked to at&t team because at&t overcharge about $38/per month me from november for no reason.

            No one explain or apologize for sales agent's dishonesty, but give me a lower my plan and bill "advise".................very frustrating. 

 

Here is bill history that I was charged, sales Agent promised $98 plan, I never over use data, or anthing.

Prices are published on the website and unless the employee jams an invalid discount on your plan (which is apparently what was done).  

I assume you are on the Mobile Share Value plan.  Prices are as follows...

15 gig plan was $100, less Uber discount..

$15 x 3 lines = $45

taxes about $5 per line = $15

your bill should be $160, less the uber discount off the data plan.  

 

 FYI....  the Mobile Share Value plan is not offered any more (ended August 21 2016).  The new plan would cost you more.  You can't change data plans without moving to the new plan.

 You saw my bill, I was promised $98/month rate by sales rep, afther november my bill rate changed without any notification or notice. No matter how much gonna be or should be, I was mis led by At&t sales rep to purchased this data plan, I belived AT&T sales rep which I shouldn't.

Again, I am not talking about change plan or rate, I am talking about my bill added up with no reason,without notice. my bill added up which AT&T sales rep promised not to. so I don't know who should I request to get back my overcharged money.

This isn't a swap meet where you can dicker the price down.  

The rep lied.  You were given a discount you weren't entitled to get.   Don't care what you were told, if you have a $135 bill, it is as low as it's going to get unless you qualify for a legit, bigger discount.  

The person that put the discount through will probably get caught at some point and lose his job- as he should.

Customer have right to choose wireless company,data rate, plan based on the price, right????

The sales rep should not mis led customer to purchase their plan.

Yes, I know it is not swapmeet, and I don't dicker the price down.        

Again, I was promised that price at AT&T store by AT&T sales rep, not swapmeet.

I reather cancel it and purchase even expensive, even unreasonable paln, but can not endure being deceived.

 

Your point is: I should just keep my mouth zipp, because I still having good plan data rate?

Unless sales rep should have tell me that: you will have $98 for only 3 month, afther that rate gonna goes up to 135, will you accept it???????????but he said I will have $98 rate as long as I keep. which is lie. this i my point

It does.    A dishonest person should not work for ATT and you shouldn't be asking to profit from his dishonesty.   That's right up there with accepting stolen goods.

I did not ask profit, i saked discount offer.

Is that wrong that customer ask sales rep if there have any offer discount? 

but at the end,you are right!!!!  I get really low rate for three month, then my bill changed for high rate three month , it is fair!!!!but I want mention again, I am not ask profit, I asked discont offer.
