My Last Resort of Reaching Out-Hopefully Someone Can Resolve My Issue
Hello,
Back in November 2019, I ordered a new phone and exchanged my old iphone 7+ for a $300 credit to my account all done via phone and mail. I have the mailing receipt and tacking number. I'm done calling att customer service, they keeping switching me between different dept. (Att trade program, att next program, etc). To make matter worse, sometimes I get disconnected and then I have to start all over again.
I have no idea what to do to resolve this issue and get the credit for my phone. If I knew this was going to happen I could've sold it online. Any recommendation appreciated, would filing an FCC complaint help?

An FCC complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. If phone calls aren’t getting resolution, that is the way to go. If corporate can’t or won’t resolve, no one will.

Finally my problem was solved quicker than I thought, not sure exactly what happened but att just decided to give me the $300 credit. Pretty happy that I didn't let go of my phone for nothing.
