My IMO login is giving me a permission error

When i log into my imo account with my attuid its giving me a permission error, i need to verify my email by 9/17 to keep my discount please help..

If you haven't already try resetting your password and see if that helps with the authorization notification.

I'm working with Microsoft 5YR and my IMO account used to have the old discount. I tried to fix it but now for an unknown reason the IMO discount disappear. Trying to register again and I have no response since Monday. Now I have a huge bill to pay and no answers! I really consider to move with another provider if this issue cant be solved....
