My bills

I paid off my phone full last Sep 17 right? But that time our billing statement for this month is already out so my bill is $100 that’s for my line and my phone(supposedly) but because i paid it full already i thought that they’ll deduct the phone on my September bill and all i have to pay is my line, and that’s not what happened, instead they charged me again the $100. Is it possible to get a refund for my extra payment?

If you manually paid off your phone, 36th payment and the 36th payment is on your current bill, you will get a credit next month.

As you have already made full payment of your device on 17th Sep, and it's not been deducted in your current billing cycle as the bill has already been generated. We suggest you to please make the payment of your current bill, and you will get the credit of the extra made payment in your next month billing cycle.
