Multi-Device Protection Pack Insurance and Support
i have Multi-Device Protection Pack. i recently found that it covers my laptop too. my laptop is 4 years old. will they repair my laptop or exchange? if they repair, will they repair everything. coz its over heating, battery is not working, and not turning on.
if anyone have experience with claiming laptop, can some one please explain how it works?

Depending on the situation, they may repair or replace the device. You can file a claim online by visiting the AT&T Protection Center. In the previously linked article, you can find specifically what they can help you with by clicking on the ProTech support tab.
