Multi-Device Protection Charge

There are four lines on our plan. Only one phone appears to be charged for the Multi-Device Protection Pack - Insurance. The charge is $25.57. Two lines (including this one) are charged 8.99 each for Multi-Device Protection Pack - Support. The last two aren’t charged for either of these. Does the $25.57 pack apply to all four phones or just this phone. What I mean is, considering we all pay for our own lines, should we be splitting this $25.57 between the four or is it only protecting that phone? 70D69435-346F-4B97-9454-0A6D87FE5C8D.jpeg

Hi @Savleero,

Thank you for reaching out to us today. We'll be delighted to assist you.

The Multi-Device Protection Pack covers up to three devices, for $34.99 per month. The charges should appear on the bill as follows: MDPP - Insurance $25.97 and MDPP - Support $9.02. It'll be under the main line for the account but it should also cover the last two lines.

Since you have four lines, the line that has an $8.99 charge for mobile insurance is on a separate insurance plan from the other three. Hope this helps!
