Multi line prepaid account

I recently added a line for my daughter on my prepaid account for 2gb data plan and I upgraded my plan to unlimited plus. There was a promo on your website for multi line account. I checked how much I was supposed to pay monthly and came out to $70 for both line with the promo but I was billed 85. Did the promo ended already? Because the promo said it'll end on oct.29 and I changed my plan on the 25th.
