Does each months data usage end on that day at 11:59 pm in my time zone?

Hi there @rb5505,

Welcome to the Community Forum! This is a great question. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I’d love to help out!

Data usage is recorded every three hours starting at 12:00 a.m. and this is in your own time zone. This will continue throughout the 24 hour cycle. Only eight data events will appear in Data/Msg details per day.

I hope this helps out and answers any questions you have! Take care, and have a great day!

So I guess you're saying that if my monthly end date is the 3rd, then my month ends on the 3rd at 11:59 pm that evening?

Hi again @rb5505,

This is correct. Since your billing cycle ends on the third, the next amount of data usage showing on your myAT&T account will be for your next billing cycle. I hope this answers your question!

Have a good one!

Thank you.  I saw nowhere that said the end time is at the end of the day in my time zone.  Thanks for confirming.
