Monthly payment turned to paid for full phone

hey i purchased a $31/month payment plan for a galaxy note 8. I looked at my receipt and it has that i paid my phone in full. Is there anyway i can change it back to the 31/month?

Regular bill payments are not allocated to your Next installments.  You have to purposely select and manage your installment to do so.   You would have a large credit balance and still never pay off installments.  

However, it’s a concern if your account has been hacked, phone paid off, in order to purchase and ship more phones on your line.  That’s fraud.   

If you have an incidence of a 3rd party accessing your account, please ask for fraud right away.

it shows the phone is paid in full on the receipt from the store...  Just a heads up....  You should have your signed next agreement.
