Monthly charge on returned iPhone

I contacted numerous times at&t customer service also went to the store because I’m being charged for an iPhone I returned.I sent the receipt of the device with the tracking number that when is tracked is says it’s been delivered.

Have you tracked it both with a postal service and newgistics? Where does newgistics say it was delivered?
If the device was delivered to AT&T, then possibly it is not checked in yet?

it says it was Delivered to return center on November 12.

That's too long. 😕. File a BBB complaint online. AT&T upper management will receive the complaint from Better Business Bureau, and will contact you directly.
