Mistake in billing
First, is this site still in use? It doesn't look like it but I'll post an overview of the situation. Basically, ATT believes I am trying to get out of a contract to pay off a phone. I'm not but they've confused, mixed up the phone numbers of my account. There were three phone numbers and I deleted one. ATT mistakenly attributed the purchase of a new phone to the deleted number.
It took me almost a month to switch from Verizon to ATT. I thought the mess was finally cleared up until I learned of this new mess.
Who can I talk to without getting more run around?
