If you are not getting the discount, that means the military discount FAN code has not been applied to your account. Go to an ATT corporate store with your documentation that proves your military status and get them to add it. The billing computer only applies the discount to accounts with the right FAN code. Hopefully you also have one of the Unlimited & More plans. Those are the only plans that get the discount. It can take 2 or 3 bill cycles for the discount to show on your bill.

As @sandblaster a pointed out, you must be on the correct plan.  Only the unlimited and more premium plans are eligible.

You should be doing it in a company store.  If your being turned away, it’s not a company store.
