Lost my phone
I lost my phone. This phone isn't full paid yet and I don't have phone insurance its possible to get my old number ? Because I'm still paying for that phone and number? Please answer me thank you

Contact AT&T and let them know. If you can log into your account, login and suspend your line. If you have an iPhone login to iCloud and use find my iPhone and lock phone. If you have an Android login to Android device manager with your Google account to locate & lock the phone.
You will have to purchase your own phone to replace the one that is not paid off. Or you have to pay it off in order to upgrade your line.
You will have to identify yourself which may mean going to an AT&T store in order to get a new SIM card for your old number. Do not just start new service, you do owe for phone and service.
