This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. ATT’s plans and prices are all online, what you see there is it, they don’t offer special deals or discounts. Ways to lower your bill are to switch to a less costly plan or get rid of unneeded extras. Paying off phones and getting rid of the monthly phone payment will also lower your bill.

This is the community, not At&t.  In order to give you suggestions to lower your bill, we have to know what your paying for now.  Not just amount, data plan and lines, phone installments, insurance etc.    AT&T doesn’t lower your bill, they will change your plan.  They don’t care if it’s actually better for you.
If you don’t owe on phones, prepaid is always a cheaper option

I was told to contact ATT by using this. Excuse me for not knowing. Thanks for the rude response.

How was either response rude? They weren’t but sorry you thought they were.

The community is a self help, peer to peer forum.  No one has been rude to you, I have just stated the facts.
If you were told to contact the community, then At&t has nothing to offer, or nothing they want to offer.   We are happy to offer suggestions, but can’t as we know NOTHING about what you’re paying now and for what.   Flying blind here.
