My suggestion is to get the FAN discount code off of a coworkers bill, then call in with that.
No PLAN discounts on the Unlimited PLUS or CHOICE plans unless you are military/veteran.
Have you tried putting in your e-mail here? https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/iru-check-for-discount.html
It seems to work for larger corps and not groups that may be made up of smaller groups (like a union covering many groups).
Happy Monday @Gron1010! Thanks for taking the time to contact us on the Community and Forums! Please accept my appreciation and thanks for your law enforcement service! We have a couple of ways to get you enrolled in our FAN discount program! You can enroll online or you can visit your nearest AT&T store . Both methods would be able and happy to assist you! I hope this helps! It’s been my pleasure assisting you today. Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community and Forums. Have a great day! Monica, AT&T Community Specialist

that's not for the discount. First Responder is for priority on the towers.
It is the correct link for information on how to get the discount.

Do you have a discount for retired law enforcement?
@jph1745 No. There is no discount for retirees. Military veterans are the only ‘Retirees’ that get a discount.
How can we improve?
