Issue with Buy-Out Promo - Verizon to AT&T
I switched from Verizon to AT&T in early August. AT&T gave me I believe $120 each for the 2 phones I had that were still on a payment through Verizon. I received my bill from Verizon with the charges on it, with me owing $360/phone. I submitted the bill to AT&T and it was rejected with not having enough info on it. The problem is that on the bill, Verizon doesn't tell you which phone number the charges are for, just an agreement number. Under the phone numbers, it also doesn't show the agreement number. So all it shows is that I owe for 2 different agreements, which is not enough detail for AT&T.
Has anyone else who switched from Verizon received another bill? I have not contacted them yet, and I will, but I'm trying to see if someone else has gone through this and can help shed some light as well.
