invoice copy request

Hi there!

I bought second-hand IPhone 5s in 2016 in Puerto Rico with no loanes and successfully unlocked it from ATT.com website request. Now I lost my own AppleID password and need to recover it with AppleCare but they want invoice copy, seller tell me that invoice was electronic and his ATT login/password and phone number are lost. Can You tell me information about ATT store where phone was bought for further contacts for invoice copy request? I have information about IMEI,SN, date of purchasing.

I understand that getting a copy of the invoice to get the Apple ID password recovered is important. I’m here to help.

Since the phone was purchased 2nd hand, the original owner of the phone who purchased it from AT&T would have to contact us at 1-800-331-0500 to request a copy of the invoice. Please check with Apple at 800-634-7466 to see if any additional information may be required in addition to the invoice to regain access to your Apple ID.

I dont have contacts with seller now, he tell me this when I bought phone in 2016, but now I know first and last name of Seller and phone serial/imei , but dont know in which shop it was sold. I dont need confdential information about seller, I only need shop address. I can walk to this one and then try to get invoice copy. there are about 7 shops of ATT and I cant physically walk in every shop in country. Please help me with this information, there are no confidential in this information and its dont cross security purposes of ATT.

Hello , I’m asking about invoices , I want to unlock iCloud from clean mode devices via apple , but apple asks me from a copy of proof of purchase , can you provide me that sir , I check the iPhone IMEI and getting know it’s sold by at&t , I’m iPhone trader and it will be a great Bussniese if it’s available !!

Proof of purchase is provided to the original customer/purchaser only.  

So, to be direct, NO.  AT&T cannot and will not provide anyone else with proof of purchase.
