International Phone Usage
I just came to Korea and I plan on staying here until September 6, 2023. I don’t know what to do with my current plans and I’m concerned about any additional charges or the automatic charge for my regular phone bill, which I won’t be needing because this phone can’t get calls or use LTE data for three whole months. I tried to get online help my signing in, but it kept saying I needed a verification code. I cannot get a code because text messages aren’t coming through. I have already waited several minutes. I also cannot call customer service because international calls don’t work. Please help me with my situation.
